Trip to Krakow

I have just returned from a 6-day trip to Poland where we stayed in Krakow. The city is a haven for architectural photographs having both Medieval and Art Nouveau styles of buildings in the same street.

We also travelled to Auschwitz 1 and 2 and Birkenhau concentration camps. These were very moving and I was concerned about photographing there. However it is important that as many people as possible see the results of the atrocities that occurred and photography is one of the ways in which to achieve this. All photographs were taken discreetly, outside only.
