It's official, I have now sold over 25,000 (25,592 to be exact) greeting and Christmas cards since I started back in mid 2011 with only about 8 designs in my range.  Now I have 50 greeting cards and 15 Christmas card designs (with new images being added all the time).  

Thank you to all those customers who have supported me and thank you to my retail outlets that include The Card Collection in Teddington, various branches of Waterstones, Squire's Garden Centres, the Landmark Arts Centre and most recently Fenwick to name but a few!

I am pleased to announce that Bentalls department store in Kingston upon Thames are now stocking an exclusive selection of greeting cards from my local and Central London ranges.  It has taken me a couple of years to get in there but I am very pleased with the outcome.  

Bentalls display all their cards 'the correct way round' so I needed to use a different spinner to display my cards in a landscape format arranging them by location and I am happy with the visual effect.

After months of preparation and a number of image changes, today was the day when I travelled to Croydon to voluntarily put myself through a judging process of 10 of my mounted prints by a panel of 5 judges.  The process took all day and it was touch and go but at the end of the day I was awarded a 'Credit from the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain'  - a C.P.A.G.B. - I am very pleased.

The awards are based on achieving what is thought to be be 'good club photography' although the standard of photography varies considerably from club to club and what is ‘Good’ in one club may not be so successful in another.  This is difficult to define and so on the day it is the Adjudicators who define what “Good Club Standard” is.  Thank goodness they decided that I met the standard!
